Today, they are the number 1 choice for corporate and government bodies. Our time with the Esos team revealed a group of people that are very knowledgeable and experienced in the world of printing and copying. We were very impressed with their responsiveness and friendliness. It comes as no surprise that 92% of their clients claimed to be “very satisfied” with Esos. Alex Print’s clients are thrilled with their copiers and the value they are receiving. They also highlighted the excellent same day support service. Overall, Alex Print received an overall satisfaction rate of 85%, and placing them firmly as the second best Xerox copier company in Egypt.

Aptec is a Xerox distributor with a long history in the Egyptian market. They are B2B and offer production solutions with high-speed advanced products. Aptec do not deal in refurbished machines, only brand new and no colors. As you will have probably gathered by now, their prices are very high, and their contracts are not as flexible or attractive as Esos Tech and Alex Print. But on the other hand you can find any Xerox model at any time in stock, brand new, and ready for shipping. Sadly, due to businesses they cater to, customer service and support is not at the standard as the first two companies on the list. Client satisfaction stands at a respectful 74% with many clients pointing out their machines printing speed and volume.

GDS (Global Document Solutions) is one of the few companies in Egypt that can offer you a Xerox copier with an excellent color response. Their machines are recent and high quality – on the same level as the machines offered by Esos Tech. Unfortunately, GDS has no after-sale support service. They are also more expensive than Esos Tech and cannot match the contract options or payment facilities. Clients were keen to mention a great experience during purchasing but they were disappointed when they discovered there is a regular shortage of spare parts when they needed them. They have toner for most Xerox models but that too is expensive when compared to the prices offered by Esos Tech and Alex Print. Despite all this, GDS has a proven track record with clients such as Saudi Arabian Airlines, Beshay Steel, and Hassan Allam Holding. The overall client satisfaction rate stands at 79%.

Thankfully they offer payment plans that could make life easier for your company. They also supply paper and Xerox toner at good prices. On the other hand, they do not offer SW support, and their team were not as friendly as other companies listed above. But clients are relatively satisfied and seem to be happy with their machines – especially with the quality of printing results.

They are also very friendly and professional. In terms of service, they are specifically good at providing service in remote areas. Unfortunately, the biggest reason Lotus is not rubbing shoulders up there with the likes of Esos is the lack of payment facilities and contract options. They also do not match Esos in terms of experience and client satisfaction.

High Tec offers only mono production machines. They frequently deal with the Egyptian government and they are able to offer paper at reasonable rates. Despite how friendly the people at High Tec are, they are not very responsive and often cause delays when it comes to servicing. Clients claimed to be happy with the machines but did not appreciate the setbacks caused by the slow response. Overall client satisfaction stood at 56%. Surely if High Tec will be able to fix the responsiveness of their support, they will find themselves climbing higher up this list in the future.

Unfortunately Techno Office do not provide payment plans that will make the purchase easier for the buyer. They are able to deliver their products to remote areas outside Cairo which is a huge advantage for companies located outside of the capital. We were very impressed with their team. They were very friendly and full of knowledge. Overall, Techno Office has a client satisfaction rate of 67%.
